A city of art famous for the Arena, the balcony of Romeo and Juliet, Piazza Bra and Piazza Erbe with many frescoed buildings. The location for international events throughout the year, Verona is the 2nd most visited city in the Veneto, after Venice, of course. From here you can quickly reach Lake Garda, where you can visit beautiful towns overlooking the lake (Bardolino, Lazise, Garda, Sirmione and Salò) or the historic residences inland. Excellent area for PDO olive oil and famous wines.
